INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Enfasco is a distributor of specialty fasteners and tooling for Original Equipment Manufacturers in the fields of Aerospace and Defense. We are a workplace comprised of seasoned individual team players that support each other.

Enfasco is looking for a full time Inside Sales Representative that will be a Co-Product Manager of an active, high demand product line. The position does not require soliciting business, but responding to RFQ’s, orders, and a variety of questions. Specialty fastener experience is not required. Enfasco has an excellent established inside sales team that has been in place for many years. They are cool under pressure, making it a very comfortable work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Co-Product manager of designated product line
• Pricing/quoting
• Inventory management
• Enter quotes, sales orders and purchase orders into software (Epicor Prophet 21)
• Problem solving and resolution of customer/vendor concerns
• Answer phones, emails, and faxes
• Set up / input new inventory parts, vendors, and customers into software
• Answer incoming customer/vendor inquiries, determine needs, and process sales orders

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of inside industrial sales experience required
• Strong computer skills (P-21 Experience a plus)
• Work well individually & as a team
• Strong/effective communication skills with customers, vendors & coworkers via phone, fax, and email
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
